By accessing and using the InvestSaham website (investsaham.com), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

InvestSaham is an educational platform and stock analysis tool for the Indonesian (IHSG) and US (NASDAQ) markets. Our services include:

• Stock recommendations based on automated fundamental & technical screening
• Highest dividend data, 5-year consistent dividends, and discounted stocks (below fair value)
• Support/resistance analysis and MACD signals (bullish/bearish crossover)
• Trading plan, RSI calculator, MACD, fair value, risk, profit/loss, average down, and deposit calculators
• Investment educational materials (stocks, bonds, mutual funds)
• Sharia stock list and ISSI index

3. Account and Authentication

InvestSaham uses a third-party authentication service (Clerk) for login. Some features require login for full access. By logging in, you agree to the terms of service of the authentication provider. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

4. Pricing and Service Availability

Currently all InvestSaham features are available for FREE. However, we reserve the right to change the pricing model, restrict certain features, or charge subscription fees at any time without prior notice. Price changes or access restrictions will take effect from the date they are implemented. By continuing to use the service after changes, you are deemed to have accepted the new terms.

5. Not Financial Advice

All information, analysis, recommendations, and screening data presented on InvestSaham is for educational and informational purposes only. Our content is NOT financial advice, investment recommendations, or solicitation to buy or sell any financial instruments. Data shown is the result of automated screening based on fundamental and technical indicators, and does not guarantee investment results. 6. Data Accuracy

Stock data (prices, dividends, fundamentals, technicals) is sourced from public data providers (Yahoo Finance) and auto-generated. We do not guarantee that all information is error-free, real-time, or always up-to-date. Data may experience delays, inaccuracies, or be unavailable for some stocks. Users are advised to verify data through official sources such as the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) or their respective brokers.

7. Permitted Use

You are permitted to use InvestSaham for personal and non-commercial purposes. Strictly prohibited: automated scraping or crawling, mass reproduction or redistribution of content without permission, security attacks (SQL injection, XSS, DDoS, brute force, etc.), use of bots/scanners to test vulnerabilities, or any other activities that harm the platform and other users. Violations may result in permanent access blocking.

8. Limitation of Liability

InvestSaham is not responsible for any financial loss, indirect damages, or other losses arising from: use of information, recommendations, or tools provided; data inaccuracies or delays; service disruptions or downtime; or investment decisions made based on data on this platform. Use of our services is entirely at your own risk.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. By continuing to use our services after changes, you are deemed to have accepted the updated terms.
