A stock 'bandar' (or big player) is a market participant with very large capital that can influence a stock's price movement. They're not supernatural — they're just players with more chips whose moves create bigger ripples in the market.
Imagine a poker table. If one player has 10x more chips than everyone else, they can influence the game. They can go all-in and scare everyone into folding. They can slow-play and make others overconfident. But they still have to play with the cards they're dealt — and the dealer (OJK/IDX) still watches for cheating.
